How It Works

  1. Order Processing: Once your order is placed, it enters our system for quality check and packaging. This Handling Time takes 1 – 3 business days.

  2. Shipping Notification: As soon as your package is handed over to the carrier, we will automatically send you a Shipping Confirmation Email.

  3. Real-Time Tracking: This email will contain your unique Tracking Number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking page.

Track Your Shipment

If you have your tracking number ready, please enter it on the official carrier websites below:

Important Notes

  • Activation Period: Please allow 1 – 3 business days for the carrier to update the tracking status in their system after you receive your shipping notification.

  • Total Delivery Time: Remember that our estimated delivery time is 7 – 12 business days (transit) after the processing period.

  • Status “Not Found”: If your tracking number shows “Not Found” or “Pre-shipment,” don’t worry! It simply means the package is in transit to the carrier’s sorting facility.

If it has been more than 3 business days since you placed your order and you haven’t received an email from us, please:

  1. Check your Spam/Junk folder.

  2. Ensure the email address provided at checkout was correct.
