Return & Refund Policy

At GearNeko, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process in compliance with Google Merchant Center policies.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: New only (unused, unwashed, and unmodified).

  • Packaging: Must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of Purchase: An order number or receipt is required for all returns.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized items: Products customized with your specific name or unique designs cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

4. How to Start a Return

We accept returns by mail. Please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@gearneko.com with your order number and photos of the item.

  2. Once your return is approved (usually within 2-3 business days), we will provide you with a Pre-paid Return Shipping Label.

  3. Return Label: You can download and print the label directly from your email.

  4. Pack the item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

5. Return Shipping Fees & Restocking Fees

  • Return Shipping Cost: Free. GearNeko provides a pre-paid label for all eligible returns (both defective and non-defective products).

  • Restocking Fee: No cost. We do not charge any restocking fees.

6. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for the same item if you need a different size or if the item is defective. The exchange process follows the same steps as our return policy.

7. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Payment Method: The refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase. After this window, the order may have already entered the production or shipping phase and cannot be cancelled.
