At GearNeko, we work quickly to process and ship your orders as fast as possible. Because our production process begins shortly after an order is placed, there is a limited window for making changes.

1. The 6-Hour Golden Window

If you need to cancel your order or modify details (such as shipping address, shirt size, or design choice), you must contact us within 6 hours of placing your order.

  • Within 6 Hours: We can grant full cancellations or modifications.

  • After 6 Hours: Your order is sent to our production facility and locked for processing. At this stage, no changes or cancellations can be accepted.

2. How to Request a Change

To ensure your request is handled before the deadline, please contact our support team immediately:

3. Refund Process for Cancellations

If your cancellation request is received within the 6-hour window, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Processing Time: We will initiate the refund on our end within 24-48 hours.

  • Funds Arrival: Depending on your financial institution, please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

    • PayPal: Typically appears within 2 business days.

    • Credit/Debit Cards (Stripe): Typically appears within 5-7 business days.

4. Modifications After Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you no longer want the items after they arrive, please refer to our [Refund and Returns Policy] to initiate a standard return within our 30-day window.
