3. Order Processing & Delivery Time
Your total delivery time is calculated as follows: Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

5. Delivery Address Accuracy

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, or if your items arrive damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of the delivery date.
